Description

The UCLA Gambling Studies Program at The Semel Institute is seeking to hire a full time Administrative Assistant III. Under direction of the Sr. Administrator of the UCLA Gambling Studies Program, you would be responsible for:
  • Coordinating the planning, design, implementation, administration, and operation of a statewide multi-modal health care initiative delivering a broad spectrum of evidence-based treatments to California residents.
  • Implementation and ongoing administration of some 300 Provider Services Contracts
  • Be the principal liaison with assigned subcontractors and State of California for the development and ongoing long term management of the California Problem Gambling Treatment Support Program.
  • Working with external public and private agencies in developing specialized projects for the UGSP.
  • Auditing the various sites under contract - travel required.
  • Coordination of outreach efforts for the program.

Pay Range: $29.42 - $42.14 hourly
