General Maintenance Engineer

Summary:

The General Maintenance position requires a basic knowledge of mechanical systems. Candidate must be familiar with basic maintenance functions, and electricity. In addition, the candidate needs to be able to answer guest calls if necessary and have customer service skills. Candidate needs at least 1 to 2 years of maintenance experience. Basic Knowledge in electrical systems, kitchen, laundry. Candidate could have some schooling or coursework in Engineering instead of experience.

Candidate needs to have good communication skills and be comfortable dealing with the guest. This position does have guest contact and the candidate should have hospitality skills.

Availability of mid-shift and/or 3pm to 11:30pm required.
