Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead development and implementation of key components of the launch preparation for a Phase 3 compound. Lead compound strategy development including creative concept development.
  • Lead development and implementation of market shaping strategy and content
  • Partner internally with regional teams and business partners to identify and define strategic opportunities and initiatives to improve execution of launch strategies
  • Lead competitive strategic planning in anticipation of key competitive launch
  • Lead KOL engagement strategy and activities in preparation for a Phase 3 compound (ie: Ad Board & Congress etc)
  • Bring to bear in-depth knowledge of the current and future market to provide insights for forecasting, strategic decision-making, and business planning.
  • Collaborate with regional and cross functional partners to lead the creation and execution of well-coordinated commercial strategies and launch plans, embedding external customer insights from patients, health care providers, and payers.

Qualifications

Education:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required. An advanced degree is preferred.


Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry is required
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict, influence teams, and to build relationships in meeting organizational objectives, without formal authority is required
  • Ability to simplify the complex to share with appropriate audience
  • Candidate should be agile and be able to flex based on evolving business priorities
  • Ability to influence others is required
  • Ability to manage multiple large-scale initiatives simultaneously required
  • Ability to prioritize workload to focus energy on highest-value initiatives is required


Preferred:

  • Experience managing budgets strongly preferred
  • Strong in-depth knowledge of J&J business and our customers is a strong preference


Other:

  • This position requires up to 20-25% travel for business, as necessary.


The base pay range for this position is $118,000 to $203,550. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as health insurance, savings plan, pension plan, disability plan, vacation pay, sick time, holiday pay, and work, personal and family time off in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
