One of our clients is seeking a program manager for their global hematology division. This individual will be responsible to develop, coordinate, implement and oversee departmental initiatives.

The Global Program Specialist will:
Administer a program or project.
Develop and disseminate communications regarding the program or project.
Resolve program-related and/or project related issues.
Track program progress, adoption, or performance and provide ongoing reports to leadership/program sponsors.
Track and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations.
Support program by identifying process improvement opportunities; Execute program initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned to meet the goals and objectives of the department and institution.
Special Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Shows a general understanding of the customer needs and program objectives.
Exhibits basic grasp of project management process like scoping, scheduling, milestones, reporting, tools (MS project, etc.), and templates to support program planning and coordination.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Flexibility to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities.
Ability to carry out broad assignments with minimal supervision.
Strong writing, editing, and analytical skills.
Ability to handle sensitive matters in a confidential and professional manner.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite
