About the Role:
The Global Partner Operations team manages the processes and daily tasks that ensure baseline Partner experiences on Twitch. As creator needs are diverse, we specialize in internal systems and collaborate with teams across the business, harnessing our collective knowledge of creators to achieve the best outcomes.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Global Partner Operations, this member of our team will handle processing of daily internal Partner request queues and support partners across the business with ad-hoc requests related to our systems while working to improve these processes and overall experience of creators on the service.
You can work in San Francisco, CA, Irvine, CA, or Remote US.
You Will:
- Manage Partner related internal requests queues across Onboarding, Offboarding, and Contract Management
- Accomplish and meet manual onboarding workflow service level agreements
- Improve and refine internal processes
- Report internal request queue trends and performance
- Partner with Finance, Legal and Global Partnerships teams to address Partner related issues
- Maintain data and document repositories to assist Customer Support and Legal teams with Partner tickets

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Managed processes with a high volume of tickets or requests
- Customer service or other user-facing experience
- Comfortable handling and processing data sets
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Customer Service / Project Management background
- 3+ years of experience with CRM platforms and tooling
- Familiarity with the Twitch platform
- The ability to work in fast paced situations

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $78,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $167,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
