Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is searching for a Senior Ground-launched weapons Integration Analyst to join our team in the Chantilly, VA area. You will lead technical projects for OSD Strategic Capabilities Office (SCO), focused primarily on airborne and spaceborne ISR assets and support associated kill chains for emerging SCO concepts.

Responsibilities:
As a Senior Systems Engineer with MTSI you will lead technical projects for OSD Strategic Capabilities Office (SCO). Conduct and oversee feasibility and military utility analyses for current and emerging SCO projects. Interact with Major Command staffs on current needs, the utility of potential SCO projects, and milestones needed to transition SCO projects to military services. This position will focus airborne and spaceborne ISR assets and support associated kill chains for emerging SCO concepts. This position will be located in the Chantilly, VA area.

Responsibilities:

Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:
- Conduct and oversee utility analyses for SCO projects.
- Develop roadmaps for demonstrating enabling technologies and capabilities.
- Develop program schedules and budgets.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop demonstration plans to reduce program risks.
- Document program accomplishments and plans for senior government leadership.
- Develop and integrate ground sensors, communications, launch platforms, and weapons into robust kill chains.
- 15+ years of program management and analytical experience.
- Familiarization with ground-based Air Defense systems.
- Familiarization with radar fundamentals.
- Acquisition or government program management experience.
- Prior military experience.
- Bachelor's in engineering, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science or Science.
- Master's in an equivalent STEM discipline, (desired).
- N/A
- Active Top Secret/SCI Eligible.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
