The Integration Analyst provides integration support for the Installation Status Report (ISR) Program. ISR is a fully web-based decision support system designed to assist users at the echelon from installation to the Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) with assessing key elements of installation readiness, including facility readiness, installation service performance compared to Army standards, and installation resource capacity and security at a specific point in time.

Responsibilities
  • Support the integration of the frequency and delivery of oral and written communications across all ISR components (i.e., ISR-I, ISR-MC, ISR-SP, ISR-C) as well as the look of all ISR deliverables to ensure a common level of support to all ISR customers and stakeholders
  • Provide for and maintain a master calendar of the ISR data collection, training, and ISRWEB system schedules to allow for informed decision-making with regard to task priorities
  • Maintain and update a centralized database of program points of contact including but is not limited to HQDA Staff Proponents, Component Subject Matter Experts, and Component ISR Managers
  • Assist in providing hands-on support to ISR reporting organizations, component headquarters, and Army Headquarters elements and to support ISR customers both within and outside of the National Capital Region (NCR)
  • Prepare briefings, training slides, and trip reports
  • Provide support on the implementation of ISR for facilities, mission capacity, and services
  • Provide hands-on training for the ISR training courses
  • Provide briefing support (personnel and briefing material) for meetings within the NCR to include the development of draft briefings addressing ISR overview, component-specific data, and rating status, shall provide support during briefings, and shall support on follow-up tasks (data requests, providing support answering questions) originating from briefings
  • Support conferences, in-person training sessions, Garrison Staff Command briefs, and briefings to Component Command and DCS, G-9 leaders, etc. outside of the NCR, when such sessions can be scheduled to occur with Component Command Training Sessions/Command Site Visits, or when Garrisons, Component Commands, and other ISR users provide additional funding to support similar sessions
  • Coordinate training sessions with ISR Component Leads to be presented on Microsoft Teams
  • Provide a centralized change management issue submission system that allows for the automated submission of change management issues
  • Coordinate chain of command review of change management requests received by base-level reporting organizations
  • Coordinate the ISR Communities of Practice (CoPs) and support the ISR Component Leads with facilitating the CoPs (i.e., scheduling, drafting invitations, ensuring CoP slides are proofread, monitoring Microsoft Teams to assist with answering questions, and reviewing meeting minutes)
  • Assist in planning for a quarterly ISR Council of Colonels (CoC) by developing read-ahead and final briefing slides and providing component summary documents that outline changes due to metric and booklet reviews and the proposed metrics for the upcoming data collections
  • Assist in planning for a quarterly ISR General Officer Steering Committee (GOSC), which is the forum to approve the annual programmatic and system changes for the ISR Data Collection Cycles, by developing read-ahead and final briefing slides, and providing component summary documents that outline changes due to metric and booklet reviews and the proposed metrics for the upcoming data collections
  • Develop and implement business rules and processes that ensure data validity, data audibility, and data transparency
  • Update the ISR PM on a weekly basis on the status of all upcoming major events to include the CoPs and hands-on training events
  • Provide functional assistance in support of the ISR data collection, including helping with data input issues, clarifying metrics and weightings, assisting with data validations, responding to inquiries on top loads, etc.
  • Provide bi-weekly ISR Programmatic Priorities and coordinate a bi-weekly Microsoft Teams meeting where the program priorities for the week will be discussed
  • Ensure the ISR Data Collection Status Report capability is available on the ISR website (i.e., in the Reports section) to aid stakeholders in tracking the completion of the quarterly data collection
  • Assist in preparing the annual data collection memorandum and supporting documentation
  • Attend all requirements, functional, and technical meetings with a government representative, provide technical representation at the meetings, and document the functional and technical requirements needed to develop, sustain, or enhance the system.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university. Work experience is not a replacement for a completed Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of work experience in Installation Management Army Garrison Plans, Analysis, and Integration Office (PAIO), Regional/ID G3/5/7 or LHC HQs G3/5/7 or another DoD Equivalent Office. Higher education (i.e., a Master's Degree) is not a substitute for work experience.
  • Department of Defense Secret Clearance required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Functionally proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Access, Adobe Acrobat, and Internet Explorer (or a comparable internet browser application)
