We are looking for a customer-obsessed, strategic, and analytical sales leader with experience and a passion for leading and inspiring outsourced sales teams. Reporting to Mailchimp's Head of Sales, you will lead a team of sales leaders, vendor program managers and contractual sellers with a focus on new customer acquisition. You will be responsible for our vendor partners success, managing our contractual workers through FTE managers, & collaborating with cross functional leaders to drive revenue growth and customer success.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the outsourced sales operations team to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze and improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • In partnership with the sales leadership team, build and execute a customer acquisition strategy (across Inbound and Outbound) to bring in new businesses to Mailchimp as well as accelerate customer growth overall
  • Be thought partner for Marketing Leadership to innovate on customer experiences, lead generation, pricing experiments and acquisition strategies
  • Work with sales, onboarding, and strategy leaders to influence sales program design, sales incentive plans and define a sales strategy that connects across other global GTM functions to enable a seamless customer journey
  • Lead the tem with operational rigor and data driven approach to continually understand business performance and deliver quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Collaborate across Intuit to share and learn best practices to continue to drive growth and to implement process improvement
  • Work with the North American QuickBooks teams to ensure we develop a strategy around joint go to market and execute against it
  • Quickly test new ideas, using our Innovation practices, combining data and insight to learn and innovate rapidly
  • Lead the best customer listening engine to capture insights and feedback to influence product roadmaps and tools/infrastructure to improve the experience of customers and sellers
  • Help remove barriers, acting as an escalation point when needed to help solve,triage, or close prospective accounts
