We are seeking a Sr. Test Analyst (Sr. Associate - Projects) with 3-7 years of experience in test automation and framework development. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in TestStand scripting languages such as Python Bash or CAPL and experience with Automation Desk. This role involves developing and maintaining test frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of our software solutions contributing significantly to our projects success.

8.Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using TestStand and Automation Desk to enhance test efficiency and reliability.
- Design write and execute detailed test scripts using scripting languages such as Python Bash or CAPL to identify software problems.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and ensure testability of functions and applications.
- Identify analyze and document defects questionable functions errors and inconsistencies in software program functions outputs online screens and content.
- Create and maintain documentation for test cases test procedures and test results for product quality tracking.
- Implement continuous improvement processes for test procedures to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated with new testing tools and test strategies to improve test coverage.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior test analysts in the team.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables maintaining high-quality standards.
- Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements product designs schedules or potential testing issues.
-Qualifications-
- Proven experience with TestStand and Automation Desk is required.
- Strong scripting skills in Python Bash or CAPL are mandatory.
- Experience in test framework development and automation testing is essential.
- Knowledge of Robot Framework and vTestStudio is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills are crucial for success in this role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to work.
