Your Role Will Involve:

Data Analysis and Strategic Reporting:
  • Dive deep into HR data, extracting key insights that influence our strategic decisions. Create impactful reports that track and predict trends in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
  • Use your analytical prowess to provide recommendations that guide our HR strategies.


Elevating Talent Acquisition:
  • Utilizing talent acquisition platforms to analyze recruitment data.
  • Innovate and improve our recruiting strategies and outcomes with your analytical findings.


Enhancing Employee Engagement:
  • Oversee our employee engagement platforms, transforming survey data into actionable strategies.
  • Play a key role in boosting employee satisfaction and retention through informed, data driven initiatives.


Process and Workflow Optimization:
  • Identify and rectify inefficiencies, streamline HR processes, and automate tasks to boost our operational efficiency.


HR Systems Expertise:
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of our HR information systems.
  • Provide essential support during system upgrades and troubleshoot issues as they arise.


Upholding Compliance and Data Security:
  • Maintain the highest standards of data security and compliance, ensuring our practices meet legal and regulatory requirements.


Project Leadership:
  • Lead and participate in projects that aim to enhance our operational effectiveness, making a visible impact across the organization.


What qualifications you will need:

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.


Experience:
  • At least 3 years in HR operations, data analysis, or a related area.


Skills and Abilities:
  • Mastery of data analysis tools.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Stellar communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferred experience with talent acquisition platforms and employee engagement tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
