The Executive Office directs & oversees all functions performed by the Agency's administrative, financial, programmatic & support offices. It is responsible for strategic planning, operational & programmatic policies, objectives & initiatives. The office represents OHFA & the state to federal, state & local elected officials, the housing industry, the mortgage lending community, the investment banking community & the public concerning affordable housing activities of the state & OHFA.
What You'll Do:
The Ohio Housing Finance Agency is looking for a dedicated individual to fill the Senior Director of Housing Programs (Administrative Staff) position who will oversee the strategic initiatives for the housing programs administered by OHFA's Office of Multifamily Housing, Office of Single Family Housing & the Office of Research & Analytics. This position assists the Executive Director with strategies to increase & preserve affordable housing through policy development, strategic business & cultural initiatives to increase the availability of affordable housing opportunities in Ohio.
Some travel may be available to attend conferences & public events (e.g., ground breakings, grand openings).

HYBRID Work - This position is eligible to participate in OHFA's teleworking policy. Currently, employees must report to the office two (2) days a week & may work from an alternative work location three (3) days per week. OHFA's offices are located at 2600 Corporate Exchange Drive, Columbus, OH 43231.
