Schedule: Sunday night - Thursday (off on Fridays & Saturdays)
Shift hours: 11 pm - 6 AM
Starting pay: $15/ HR
* Please note: This position will be Temp to Hire
Job Summary - Tasks performed may include document preparation and scanning tasks. This role is vital in initiating the imaging process and obtaining our conversion objectives.
Operates and maintains imaging/scanning and PC equipment to process and verify quantities of documents according to specifications.

Operates and maintains imaging/scanning and PC equipment to process and verify quantities of documents according to specifications.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Sorting and/or preparing hard copy records for scanning - document preparation
- Scan hard copy files to electronic images. Ensuring a quality image.
- Follow production procedures and completing internal documentation & tracking
- Effectively communicate with peers and management. Research and resolve customer issues.
Experience Required:
- Ability to move quickly/accurately with hands while multitasking
- Experienced with PC and other computer related products
- Previous Imaging or Scanning experience preferred
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in reading, writing & communicating in English.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with coworkers and management.
- The ability to remove staples, sort, file and box records.
- Must be able to maintain record order and sequence.
- Must be able to understand the importance of detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrate and maintain good attendance
- Ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work.
- Must be acceptable to change and work duration of project assignments
Education Required:
- Minimum Education: HS Diploma/GED
