The Organization Transformation offering (OT) focuses on transforming the organization (and the providers that serve them) to support its business strategy. This includes changing the organization's culture, modernizing specific functions and re-designing the structure of an organization. Organization Transformation can occur at the enterprise, business unit, or functional level, involves both employers and providers across the Human Capital ecosystem, and requires a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation.

Work you'll do
- Apply proprietary tools, technology, and software to assess the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of organizational culture, performance and readiness for change.
- Lead one or more work streams on the different components of strategic change activities (change management, organizational alignment, communications, and training)
- Prepare comprehensive change and workforce transition plans and programs, including strategies to support change and transition initiatives and engage leadership.
- Develop and execute communication plansleveraging creative, engaging mediums and platforms
- Define and execute activities to support change and transition initiatives.
- Contribute to practice development initiatives including business development, culture building, internal community involvement, eminence, recruiting, whitepapers, etc.
- Provide informal coaching and/or mentoring of team members.

Qualifications
Required:
- 2 years of professional work experience.
- 1+ years of experience in change management theory, organizational design, culture, change impact assessment, stakeholder analysis, change transformation, strategic communications, training development, or other related disciplines.
- Master's in I/O Psychology, Organizational Psychology or a related field
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.
- Ability to travel up to 50-75% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

- 2+ years of experience in management consulting
- Prosci or another relevant change management certification
- 2+ years of experience on strategic change engagements
- D. in I/O Psychology, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
