Chris Souza - State Farm Agency, located in Fresno , CA has an immediate opening for a full-time Insurnace Sales Representative / Office Manager. Insurance experience is not required as we will train the right person.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.
• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Develop new service opportunities with both existing and new clients.

Requirements:

• CA Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
• CA Life & Health license (must be able to obtain).
• Must be able to work office hours M-Th 8:30am-5:30pm & Fri 8:30am-5:00pm.
• Demonstrated successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas required.
• Enthusiasm and belief about the role insurance and financial products play in people's lives.
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior.
• Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.

• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Experience in customer service required.
• Experience in managing customer service preferred.
• Experience in sales preferred.
• Proactive in problem-solving.
• Able to work in and manage a team environment.
• Experience in Windows computer applications.
• Able to coordinate and collaborate with others to achieve agency goals.
• Able to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual language skills a plus!
