Integration Engineering Technician (Fluids)

An employer in the Titusville, FL market is looking for an Integration Engineering Technician to temporarily join their team. This person will be responsible for:
Manufacturing, assembly, and testing of rocket boosters based on procedures
Set-up new production work areas
Assist with transition from development to production environments
Perform verifications and inspections of engineering models, drawings, specifications, and procedures
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and correct issues by modification, rework, repair, and/or maintenance
Perform rootcause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurrence control
Operate several pieces of manufacturing handling equipment, including forklifts, aerial lifts, overhead cranes, flight vehicle and subassembly transportation equipment, truck-trailer combinations and other ground support equipment as required
Setup and operate a wide range of precision calibrated tools including: torque wrenches, micrometers, calipers, laser tracker, height gauges and optical measuring instruments
Perform maintenance functions such as daily clean-up of work areas

Required Skills & Experience
1-10 years Experience in aerospace integration, manufacturing, or another relevant field
Experience with high pressure systems, hydraulics, instrumentation, electrical harness routing/wiring, fluids, tubing installation or aerospace/launch vehicle assembly
Experience interpreting engineering models, drawings, specifications, written work instructions and test procedures
Must be comfortable climbing ladders or stairs in small/restricted areas
Able to work at heights on work stands and/or lifts
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Any degree or certifications in related field
Hands-on experience with large aerospace components
Military experience
