Internal Audit Manager - Privacy Responsibilities

• Actively participate in and manage enterprise risk assessment responsibilities for assigned areas to provide updates and inform the audit plan.


• Perform complex Privacy focused compliance audits and control design and effectiveness assessments for evolving Privacy regulations and commitments.


• Assess controls associated to model management.


• Build subject-matter expertise in the evolving Privacy space and stay up-to-date on technological developments.


• Develop understanding of innovative privacy solutions like privacy aware infrastructure.


• Perform audits including planning, execution, remediation, and post remediation validation.


• Deliver progress updates and audit results to Internal Audit management and cross-functional stakeholders.


• Integrate with cross-functional internal auditors to ensure alignment on audit work.


• Build and promote automation in completion of audit testing and innovate new ways to execute projects to drive continuous improvements in the delivery of internal audits.


• Draft risk-based audit reports and recommendations to improve control processes to executive management that clearly present audit results.


• Develop cross-functional partnerships across Facebook with privacy, engineering, product and legal stakeholders.


• Manage relationships with the Internal Audit co-sourcing partners to ensure cohesive and collaborative execution.

Minimum Qualifications

• Requires a Master's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management or a related field and 48 months of experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation. Requires 48 months of experience involving the following:


• C++, Java, Python, and SQL


• Auditing IT General Controls, including Software Change Management (SCM), Access Management, and Technology Operations, including BCP and Disaster Recovery


• Auditing security controls, performing penetration testing, and vulnerability scans


• Auditing Cloud environment, including infrastructure as code, Amazon Web Services (AWS), AWS Elastic Compute (EC2), AWS Lambda, and AWS Storage S3


• Analytics and visualization using Tableau and Splunk.

$250,096/year to $280,720/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
