Chipton-Ross is seeking an International Sales Specialist for a Hybrid contract opportunity in King of Prussia, PA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for overseeing the International Sales and/or Purchase Order Management process, ensuring customer satisfaction for both internal and external customers. The role involves managing account reconciliation and supporting the revenue stream of Arkema, Inc. Working collaboratively within a customer service team of 7 individuals, the position interfaces with 2 plants/shipping locations, Logistics, Credit, Accounts Receivable, Regulatory, and other Arkema departments and affiliates. Duties include Export Order Management, issue resolution, participation in required training sessions, identification of ISO Procedure needs, and attendance at supply chain and S&OP meetings to understand changes and impacts to product delivery.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Customer service experience is required. Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is necessary, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills. Experience in customer order processing within an enterprise system, preferably SAP, is desired, as is an understanding and demonstrated use of Incoterms 2010.

EDUCATION:
Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant customer service experience without a Bachelor's degree, with international experience preferred. Education must be accredited.
