Required Skills & Experience

Insight Global is looking for a Sales Support Specialist with an interest in developing a diverse skill set and working cross-functionally at a fast-growing IoT startup. You will support the Enterprise sales team in processing orders for some of this companys largest customers. This is a dynamic role in which you will process add-on orders, upfitter requests, and invoicing needs while working closely with enterprise sales representatives, internal stakeholders, and our largest clients. This position is a full-time contractor role that is entirely remote.

In this role, you will:
Partner with the enterprise team to manage add-on orders, upfitter requests, invoicing needs, and unit tagging for existing customers
Serve as an internal liaison, leveraging cross-functional relationships with Sales Operations, Finance, and Customer Success to provide comprehensive deal support
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues, identify process improvements, and support best practices
Gain hands-on experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, and internal platforms
