Insight Global is looking for an IT Program Manager with strong experience in AI project governance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management and governance of a high-profile AI project, ensuring it aligns with organizational strategies, complies with legal and regulatory standards, and meets project objectives within scope, time, and budget.
Day to Day:
Aids business stakeholders in crafting outcome statements and identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of AI initiatives.
Communicates AI initiatives, progress, and results to executive leadership, stakeholders.
Assist with use case documentation and procedures for maintaining those resources.
Assist with AI governance implementation to include policies, checklists, inventories, and impact assessments aligned to existing framework(s).
Assist with development of controls and implementation of reviews to ensure adherence to governance, legal and ethical AI standards.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in data governance, privacy, and security principles
- Complete understanding of risk management, compliance, and cybersecurity.
- 4 years of experience with working with both IT and business stakeholder in the context of complex technology initiatives.
- Excellent Communication Skills - Presentations, C-Level conversations, communication with developers and non-IT business partners.
- 2+ Years of experience with AI Risk Management Frameworks (NIST, Microsoft Responsible AI, etc.)
