Safran USA is seeking a qualified IT Support Analyst to assist with the operations of the IT Helpdesk Department in alignment with the business objectives of the organization. The IT Helpdesk department provides technology support to our main office as well as our field offices throughout the country.

Candidate skills & requirements
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Provide phone, email & in-person technical support for end-users to resolve any hardware or software issues
• Support and troubleshoot workstations, printers and network related issues
• Perform all break-fix repair, including parts ordering, shipping, application and peripheral support, configuration, anti-virus updates, and work with vendors to resolve support issues
• Escalate client issues through the proper channels
• Take ownership of technical issues and work with other groups to resolve more advanced issues when necessary
• Maintain client security standards and confidentiality of information
• Perform installation of standard images, applications, and transfer data from old to new system
• Provide cell phone support to end-users in conjunction with Intelligent HUB
• Clearly document support issues and all resolution steps in the ticketing system
• Update cases and communicate with clients as required until issue is closed
• Perform other duties as assigned or necessary by the IT manager

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems or related concentration
• Experience troubleshooting Windows & other common software issues
• Experience providing excellent customer service and professionalism
• Excellent written/verbal communication, problem solving, and analytical skills
• Strong judgment, issues management, and problem-solving techniques
• Strong presentation, time management, and prioritization skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in teams
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Enthusiasm for technology, learning & teaching
• Excel in a challenging environment with a strong desire to continuously improve and learn new things
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
