Under direction of the Information Technology Manager I, the Information Technology Associate will be responsible for assisting application development, product resolution management and system support. This includes design, development, maintenance and support of various software applications, middleware system components and performance monitoring. The incumbent will aid in troubleshooting and diagnosing critical application issues and incidents, escalating when required.
The Information Technology Associate utilizes various software and services such as, Java, JavaScript, NodeJS, React, AWS and PostgreSQL.
