Tech Support Analyst

This position will support the day-to-day operations of the WellMed IT Help Desk.

Log Tickets in our ticketing system

Password Resets

Remote Desktop Support

VPN Support

MS Outlook support

What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities?

eClinical Works

eProvider Resource Gateway (EPRG)

Bomgar

Active Directory

Cisco AnyConnect

RSA Console

What skills/attributes are a must have?

2yrs experience

Telephony Support Experience is a plus

What skills/attributes are nice to have?

Cisco experience

What are the work hours?

Monday-Friday 6am-10pm and Saturdays 8am -6pm
