Piper Companies is looking for an IT Technician to support our client's management and staff in El Paso, Texas. This is a full time, fully onsite position.

Essential Duties of the IT Technician:

• Provide Tier 1 support for end users
• Perform deskside support for hardware/software installations, upgrades, troubleshooting and configuration
• Escalate reported issues to System Administrators as needed
• Manage user account in Active Directory and Exchange Online

Qualifications of the IT Technician:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar field
• 1-2 years experience as help desk agent required
• CompTIA A+, Network + or Microsoft MCP preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Compensation for the IT Technician:

• $23-$25/hr (based on experience)
