This highly visible position will be responsible for managing and supporting the corporate and remote office, network infrastructure and responding to business customer requests. The candidate must be able to follow documented procedures, troubleshoot network connectivity issues and follow ITIL configuration management practices. The candidate will provide sound support and troubleshooting skills to ensure our customers are able to utilize the application technology to meet business objectives. The position will work closely with the Network Engineers, Application Teams and Infrastructure Engineering Leadership. The position does involve implementation of production changes after-hours or on weekends. This position reports to the Network Engineering Manager.

Required Skills & Experience

experience in a large environment as a Network Administrator or Sr End-User Support role

* Network management Level 2 troubleshooting experience in the any of the following areas:

o Remote Office Data Circuits & SD-WAN (Velo)

o Load balancing VIP management (F5)

o Firewall Access Rule troubleshooting & management (Palo Alto)

o Cloud networking concepts (Azure, AWS)

* Working knowledge of network communication and routing protocols

* Experience with high volume web sites and large scale information solutions

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Automation/Coding skills in PowerShell and/or Python skills are an added plus

* Cloud networking concepts (Azure, AWS)
