Description of Duties:

The JWICS & SAP Engineer supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will:
• Specialize in the administration and operations of a JWICS environment and performs cybersecurity compliance, operational sustainment, and other general IT tasks as needed to ensure continuous performance
• Build, maintain, and configure Windows workstations and thin clients
• Perform administrative operations and maintenance functions of hardware and software
• Troubleshoot system errors or user issues
• Track resource utilization and performance of systems
• Perform O&M patching and upgrades
• Coordinate efforts with other work centers and personnel to resolve Remedy Incidents related to systems and supporting infrastructure
• Provide SAP administration support as required
• Assist in other Systems Engineering/Administration duties to which may be assigned

Basic Requirements:

Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 10 years of general experience; Associate's degree and 8 years of general experience; Bachelor's degree and 6 years of general experience; Master's degree and 4 years of general experience
• Must have 6 years of directly related experience
• Must have a current DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II Certification (e.g. CompTIA Security+ CE Certification)
• Must have an active DoD Top Secret with ability to obtain SCI Security Clearance

Desired Requirements:
• Have experience with Systems Administration/Engineering experience managing Windows desktops, servers and office products
• Have experience with HP workstation and thin clients
• Have experience with Networking and Cybersecurity
• Have experience with Remedy Incident and Change Management

This position is expected to pay $104,000 - $129,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
