Lab Technician

Our client, a fortune 500 company, is looking for a Lab Technician, for a 12+ month contract for a 100% onsite role in Maplewood MN. In this role you will conducting various tests and experiments to ensure the quality and performance of our abrasive products.

Job Title: Lab Technician

Location: Maplewood MN (100% onsite

Pay Range: $18 to $22 per hour w-2 depending upon experience

What's the Job?

• Performing a wide range of laboratory tests and experiments on industrial products, following established protocols and procedures
• Operating, maintaining, and calibrating multiple pieces of equipment used in the preparation and testing of abrasive samples
• Preparing and characterizing samples and resins using prescribed formulations and test methods while adhering to strict safety guidelines
• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data accurately and efficiently
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during testing

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience working in laboratory setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Require attention to detail, understanding of experimental methods, and accurate record keeping.
