Support & improve DevOps processes for the Enterprise Supplier Solutions (ESS) products (Supplier Hub, SIRS, Partner Pass, Sourcing Data & Analytics Platform)

Strong background in CI/CD processes including design, development, and implementation with focus on zero downtime (blue-green, canary, etc.)

Familiarity with service-oriented architecture

Design, build, and deploy infrastructure and applications that provide high levels of availability, scalability, reliability, and performance, while balancing security, maintainability, reliability, and operational excellence

Work with the engineering team to continuously implement and improve reliable and speedy build environments for DEV & QA; provide timely build status updates; automate as much as possible to improve efficiency and quality.

Promote innovation, outside-of-the-box thinking, teamwork, and self-organization.

Capable of discovery, proof of concept/technology, and presentation of solutions to engineering teams for sign off and solution decisions.

Build logging, monitoring, and alerting systems to identify bottlenecks and assist with debugging, analysis, and optimization in cloud and on-premises.

Craft solid and clearly explained designs, playbooks, and documentation, for consumption by teammates and the larger engineering organization.

Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously, ability to switch between tasks and work in conflicting priorities.

Must have strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation. Hands on experience in performance tuning of sources, targets, mappings, and sessions
