Job description:

In your new role you will:
  • Have a proven track record in low power, low cost RF IC design in CMOS, and have experience in developing full wireless transceivers.
  • Be responsible for the design of radios in various process technologies including deep submicron CMOS encompassing the design of data-converter blocks such as ADCs and DACs & RF IC transceiver blocks such as VGAs and filters. You may help with transistor modeling for Mixed-signal & Analog designs, RF board and module design, and lab characterizations.


Your Profile:

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • PhD or MS in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) preferred
  • Expertise in RF, Mixed-signal & Analog IC CMOS designs is highly desirable.
  • Ideal candidates will have at least 7 years of experience of CMOS RF, Mixed-signal and Analog IC design experience in several of the following areas:
  • RF IC Transceivers baseband blocks (filters & VGAs)
  • RF blocks used in transmitters and receivers
  • Front-end (LNA, mixers, PA drivers, PAs)
  • PLLs & Frequency Synthesizers
  • Wireless product development
  • Experience in Low Power and Ultra Low Voltage (<1V) designs
  • Data-converters (ADCs & DACs)
  • AMS or other mixed signal verification methodologies
  • Must be a self-starter, has passion for his/her work, and be able to work well in a team of RF & Analog IC design engineers
  • System-level specification, floor planning, characterization, and productization experience is desired.

Wage Range that the Company Expects to pay for a qualified candidate:

Minimum of $ 199,040 salary per year
Maximum of $ 273,680 salary per year

In addition, all full-time employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan
