Key Responsibilities:
- HR Portfolio and Roadmap Development: Collaborate with Product leadership, HRIS, HR business owners, and other stakeholders to evolve the HR Portfolio and roadmap.
- Business Requirements Evaluation: Work closely with business partners to assess requirements, plan projects, and ensure efficient development, delivery, and deployment of solutions.
- Consultation and Process Improvement: Act as a top internal consultant, re-engineering HR technical and business processes for greater efficiency and significant business impact.
- User Acceptance Testing: Lead planning, support, and execution of user acceptance cycles, including documenting test scenarios and cases.
- Documentation: Create effective documentation such as business process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, requirements documents, and user experience flows.
- Leadership and Guidance: Influence and guide less experienced Strategy and Execution staff, facilitate workshops, and drive requirements discovery.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage multiple stakeholder groups, including global business teams, risk management, compliance, legal, and data privacy.
- System Administration: Oversee system administration/configuration for Workday/ServiceNow, including configuration, business processes, security, compliance, notifications, and data quality management.
- Product Solution Discussions: Lead complex product solution discussions, decompose epics into user stories, and maintain task status in JIRA or similar Agile management tools.
- Integration and System Enhancement: Drive and maintain capability-specific, vendor-led releases and system enhancements, including feature configuration, deployment, and testing.
Desired Qualifications:
- 4+ years of HR Systems experience (e.g., Workday Core HR Configuration, Union Configuration, ServiceNow HRSD), preferably in a global environment with multiple integrations.
- 1+ years of experience with Workday Extend and ServiceNow integrations.
- Experience operating in an Agile environment, with strong knowledge and understanding of Agile principles.
- Proven ability to lead and facilitate workshops and discussions to meet client objectives and desired outcomes.
- Experience driving the requirements process with both technical and business partners.
- Ability to interpret business and technical needs, translating them into user stories.
- Experience managing complex technology projects and presenting to multiple levels of management.
- Strong knowledge of HR Workday business processes.
