Our client is looking for a Learning and Change Management Specialist to join their team! The Senior Learning and Change Management Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting our client's Employee Value Proposition through effective change and training initiatives for global projects. Focused primarily on a critical enterprise project impacting learning and operations functions, this role will drive the creation and implementation of change management strategies, communication content and training materials to ensure maximum employee adoption and utilization. Collaboration with business stakeholders, the Learning and Development team and external partners will be key to achieving program goals.

Learning and Change Management Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support learning and change management initiatives at the enterprise level, aligned with Company's strategic objectives
  • Collaborate closely with key HR and Business stakeholders to develop and execute change management and learning plans that support project goals
  • Ensure consistency in change management and training approaches by implementing standard operating processes and driving continuous improvement efforts
  • Consult and coach project teams, partnering with HR and Business leadership resources to foster effective change management practices
  • Undertake specialized assignments, applying sophisticated analytical thinking to solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions
  • Interpret internal and external business environments to inform decision-making and strategy development
  • Contribute to the achievement of customer, operational, project or service objectives by effectively communicating complex concepts and ensuring clarity and alignment across teams
  • May lead functional projects with moderate risks and resource requirements, functioning primarily as an individual contributor while working independently in highly complex situations
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management to support organizational objectives.

Learning and Change Management Specialist Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in HR-related functions, including Change Management, Learning Design and Development and/or Talent Management
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience with change management principles, methodologies and tools, ideally in the context of large-scale organizational change efforts
  • Preferred but not required: Certification in Change Management or Project Management
