We're looking for an Engineering Manager to support our Partnerships Platform and API Core teams.

In this role, we are looking for someone excited to support a dynamic, high performing team of engineers. We are looking for a leader who can help drive the technical strategy of platform teams whose work has broad impact across Mailchimp's data ingestion capabilities. This person will help define quality and excellence across a technically complex space.

• Continually prioritize and assess the value proposition for each deliverable we're investing in.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers working with a wide number of stakeholders and collaborators.
• Foster candid conversations around process and ways of doing work.
