Come join the Small Business Self Employed Group Sales Program Management team to accelerate the transformation of the Sales organization. We are looking for a passionate, results-oriented leader to lead a team of program managers that drive strategic cross-functional programs to fuel growth in our Accountant Sales and Small Business Sales teams along with advancing scalable functions that support the broader Sales organization. This role will partner across the business to deliver world class program management and also drive standardization and innovation within the Sales Program Management team to inspire next-generation capabilities.

You will have extreme ownership for outcomes and drive clarity of strategy to help the team identify and execute flawlessly on strategic opportunities that improve end to end experiences and accelerate Small Business ecosystem growth at scale. By leveraging proven strategic frameworks and partnering effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, you will build out and support your team in delivering key initiatives that result in measurable progress against desired objectives.

A relentless curiosity, proven record of developing high-performing teams, and a level of ease in interacting with senior management on a regular basis will drive success in this role. Responsibilities
  • Strategic Problem Solving: Lead team driving key strategic programs, helping them frame strategic questions, conceptualize a varied set of outcomes, prioritize work, and develop data-backed solutions. Synthesize insights about what matters most to deliver incredible end to end experiences while enabling higher revenue, productivity, and margin performance.
  • Operational Rigor: Lead team in creating clarity and accountability with well-defined roadmaps and success measures. Identify opportunities for reinvention or continuous improvement of operations across multiple organizations. Redesign program management systems, processes, and workflows to transform the operations of the PMO and deliver next-generation capabilities.
  • Ownership & Influence: Exhibit extreme ownership for a portfolio of high-visibility, high-impact efforts. Leverage network to understand interdependencies and risks for the work, engaging partners to execute plans and resolve roadblocks. Communicate a clear point of view and influence others to focus attention and/or take action on most critical areas with compelling, thoughtful arguments tailored to the audience.
  • Change Leadership: Act as a catalyst to accelerate outcomes by developing strategic narratives to galvanize the organization around a shared vision. Create an environment of trust within and beyond the team by role-modeling Intuit culture and values.
