Overview
The Sales Automation Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing our sales automation and enablement tools to sell and service premium seating across multiple Oak View Group venues. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of sales and customer journey processes to ensure our systems are effectively supporting our business goals.
This role will work closely with other departments and is a Monday - Friday in-person role based out of the Oak View Group office in Austin, TX.
This role will pay a salary of $120,000 - $130,000.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of sales enablement software including user and license management, new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups for Premium Sales
- Build and maintain standardized automated sales and service sequences to improve the sales and customer relationship management process for premium seating across multiple OVG venues
- Continually evaluate and improve sales automation processes to enhance productivity and sales effectiveness
- Create, manage, and execute sales enablement software data management, flows, and hygiene standards/best practices across multiple OVG venues
- Oversee the integration of sales automation software with CRM and other business systems to ensure seamless data flow across platforms
- Conduct ongoing user training sessions and support at multiple OVG venues to maximize internal adoption
- Create training materials for sales enablement software users
- Coordinate and manage lead and campaign distribution across multiple sales teams and venues
- Assist the marketing team with developing and executing marketing campaigns to support premium sales and lead generation
- Assist in the development of business intelligence solutions to support decision-making
- Support analyst and coordinator projects
- Upgrade sales enablement software with relevant updates and optimized integrations
- Monitor system health and security and perform regular system audits
- Work with sales automation vendors to optimize integrations, resolve issues, troubleshoot support-related items, implement updates, and leverage new features
- Import, export, and manipulate data as needed
- Complete other duties as assigned

- Excellent data management skills, including data imports/exports and data quality management
- Available and responsive to questions
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Active within the sales automation community
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 6+ years experience in sales automation, lead generation, or similar role
- Proficiency with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Outreach preferred
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices and sales processes
- Proficiency in sales automation software customization including sequence building and maintenance
- Experience with CRM integrations and third-party applications
- Excellent data management skills, including data imports/exports and data quality management
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools
