Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Communications (Marcom) Program Manager to help manage integrated campaign projects and support omni-channel projects across all marketing communications customer touchpoints. This role will be pivotal in supporting the execution of business strategies into impactful and measurable campaign tactics that drive brand recognition, customer engagement, and business growth across the customer journey. Focused on elevating the bioMérieux brand through well-crafted marketing campaigns that resonate with local markets and drive business growth across the franchise.
Primary Duties
1) Omnichannel Collaboration: Act as the key liaison between the many marketing customer touchpoints. Including integrated campaigns, tradeshow and digital to help ensure project resources are managed and projects are designed to have impact and drive results. Understand the unique needs and challenges of each omnichannel touchpoint and collaborate to develop tailored marketing campaigns.
2) Business Strategy Integration: Work closely with marcom management to comprehend the overall business goals, objectives, and target audience. Align strategic needs into compelling and coherent tactics that achieve campaign goals.
3) Project & Resource Management: Become a master subject matter expert (SME) in the utilization of project management software to prioritize and align internal resources and vendors to ensure digital, traditional and event campaign execution stays on-time and aligned to company and marketing objectives.
4) Campaign Customization: Evaluates campaign tactics to ensure they align to the specific market demographics and customer needs while maintaining brand consistency.
5) Creative/Brand Ambassador: Provide creative feedback to the marketing and creative agencies team to develop engaging marketing materials, including visuals, content, and promotional assets, that align with the campaign strategy and reflect the brand image and voice. This will also include proofreading promotional materials prepared by the content and design teams and cross-checking the accuracy of all marketing materials.
6) Project Tracking and Reporting: Monitor project and resource metrics across Marcom and provide regular reports to management, using project management insights to optimize and refine projects and resource allocation for maximum impact.
a) Developing procedures for the proper tracking of marketing comms resources campaigns and completing campaigns within the assigned timeline and budgets
b) Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational brand guidelines.
7) Ad Prom: Become SME for the review of promotional materials including guidance on software, procedures, and review requirements. Train franchise marketers and management on best practices on review processes and procedures
8) Perform all work in compliance with company quality procedures and standards.
9) Performs other duties as assigned.
Training and Education
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising or Communications or 4+ years in marketing communications or marketing campaigns.
Experience
1. 3+ years of experience in Marketing Communications or Marketing Campaign specific role
2. 2+ years of experience in Project Management required
3. Knowledge in utilizing project management and campaign software for Marcom project tracking and resource management.
4. Experience in marketing promotional material review in the regulated med-tech industry
5. Experience in Healthcare, Medical Device, IVD strongly preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
1. Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels, with a focus on localized marketing strategies.
2. Familiarity with current industry trends
3. Detail oriented. Expertise in reviewing materials for accuracy and brand alignment
4. Demonstrated excellence in managing B2B and B2C campaigns.
5. Experience in marketing automation, analytics and testing highly valued.
6. Demonstrated performance in multichannel marketing communication customer touchpoints and campaign strategy (Printed, Events, Digital, etc.) as well as in its execution.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with franchise owners and marketing teams.
8. Strategic thinker with the ability to align business goals with marketing initiatives.
9. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools to evaluate campaign performance.
10. Creative, able to conceptualize innovative and effective marketing campaigns.
11. Digital marketing/communication tools, Marketo and Adobe Experience Cloud preferred
Domestic travel required 20% of time
