Description and Requirements
Lenovo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Launch Program Manager responsible for orchestrating the successful introduction of n ew B2B and B2C products, solutions , and services into the North America market. This role ensures that all marketing launch strategies and activities align with the company' s objectiv es and are executed according to the approved plan of record.
T his is not a traditional product marketing role. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills, capable of guiding cross-functional tr ams to ensure t im ely an d successful product launches at a programmatic level . The ideal candidate will have experience managing the overall process ensuring we are adhering to standards and processes on a global scale while driving high-impact product and service launches across Lenovo's vast consumer and commercial portfolio.
Product Launch Strategy:
Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring alignment with company objectives and target market needs.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product management, sales, PR, Business Units and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective launch strategies.
Market Analysis:
Partner with the Business Units and the NA Marketing leader to assess market trends, competitor products, and customer needs to position our product effectively in the market.
Content Creation:
Coordinate the creation of marketing materials such as videos, website content, social assets, and press releases.
Training:
Ensure sales and customer service teams are trained on new products' features, benefits, and value propositions.
Performance Metrics:
Monitor and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and sales metrics post-launch, adjusting marketing strategies as necessary. Implement process improvements.
Budget Management:
Monitor the budget for launch marketing activities, ensuring optimal ROI.
Marketing Activation:
Coordinate with PR and events teams for product launch events, industry events, and other marketing activities.
Stakeholder Communication:
Regularly update stakeholders on the progress and outcomes of new launch initiatives.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of marketing experience managing product launches in the techn ology field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with product management, sales, and other marketing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
