Marketing & Operations Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing and Operations Specialist to join a leading restoration service company in the Tampa metro area, dedicated to providing top-notch services to our clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth within the company. As a Marketing and Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the website and social media accounts, maintaining web traffic, and following up with leads. You will also stay updated with current trends to drive more audience engagement through all media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update the company website and social media accounts.
- Monitor and analyze web traffic and social media metrics.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase audience engagement.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with the team to create and execute marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on marketing performance and suggest improvements.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing and operations.
- Strong understanding of web traffic analytics and social media metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience in the restoration services industry.
