Insight Global is hiring a Business Analyst for one if its top clients in the life sciences industry. This is a fully remote role based in India and will be supporting Enabling Functions/Commercial data platforms within the organizations data analytics team. The team's initiative is focused around understanding and uncovering various source systems present in the environment and designing a system flow to share master data with a middleware solution. The BA will work with stakeholders across procurement, legal, commercial, etc. to gather requirements, document processes, write user stories to uncover which data sources are present, while working with Informatica/Middleware teams to handle technical deliverables. The ideal candidate has knowledge have data architecture processes in environment and has strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years' experience as a Business/Data Analyst

Strong understanding Master Data Management (MDM) integration processes

Experience working with data lakes and data source systems

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Informatica (IICS) and other middleware systems
