Our client is looking for an IT Business Analyst to support the realization of value through understanding of applicable business processes, followed by identification, implementation, and realization of appropriate and right-sized IT solutions at their site operations. The IT BA will act as a bridge between business challenges and technology solutions with their leadership and will maintain a close relationship with a network of global platform and teams in their business unit as well as the automation and operational teams at the site. Additionally, the BA will assure full and continuous compliancy with regulatory and company requirements, for example CSV and SDLC.

The key responsibilities of the role will include the following:

* Data analysis of the site or global applications, IT and OT asset inventory.

* Presenting inventory during site workshops and capturing key notes.

* Applies a structured approach and methodology for capturing the key views of the business unit in the context of E2E cross divisional information flow.

* Maps and models business processes and enterprise information specific to the business area.

* Maintains expertise in the direction of the business area, the specific challenges it faces, and the plans to advance business capabilities for the area.

* Provides input to the platform teams to guide the enterprise toward a target state as it relates to supported line of business.

* Partners with platforms to conceptualize solution architectures adhering to documented Directions and Standards while addressing business strategies, business capability requirements, business processes, information assets, and the operating model of the client business area.

* Supports the development of business enablement & solution roadmaps and maintains accuracy of the same in partnership with account management.

* Engages with the business case team to clarify the business opportunity and provide input throughout the business case planning process.

Required Skills & Experience

* One to three years of experience in IT and in business process design.

* Knowledge of facilitation and Awareness of organization change management.

* Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs.

* Strong business acumen, and easy rapport with peers and executives.

* Has participated in Modernization or Digitization initiatives in Manufacturing Shop Floor with emerging technologies such as IoT.

* Eager to participate in integration and management of Manufacturing Systems in Pharma/Biopharma/Medical Devices.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent and extensive related project experience.

* Exposure to consulting industry preferred.

* Ability to engage with software vendors and third-party solutions integrators.

* Experience with Systems Development Lifecycle Methodology (SDLC).

* Experience with implementing solutions in GxP regulated environment.

* Knowledge with process redesign methods (examples: business process re-engineering, Six Sigma or total quality management).
