-Submits creative requests with supervision
- Copywriting mobile push & SMS using best practices
- Revises message center copy to meet best practices
- Creates analytics tracking URLs
- Understands when to use SSOID
- Creates new templates - manipulates colors, content blocks
- Creates new audiences
- Creates queries for exclusion lists
- Writes eligibility rules
- Creates triggered and time-based journeys
- Develops campaign planning skills
- Provides messaging recommendations.
- Completes project plans with supervision
- Ideates A/B testing ideas
- Pulls performance reports and proficient in analyzing results and creating insightful campaign recap report.
- Proficient in campaign optimization (creative, CTA, audience, send time)
- Uses CEP and web analytics data for optimization recommendations

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years digital marketing experience
- Experience with hands on execution within a mobile and or email marketing platform
- Ecommerce/digital retail experience (experience with Shopify, Magento, or similar tool)
- Intermediate skill with Excel (experience performing functions such as Pivot Tables and Vlookups)
- Proficient in message development and building marketing communications (experience manipulating dynamic content, creating analytics tracking URLs, understanding when to use SSOID, manipulating colors and content blocks to create new templates)
- Experience with campaign planning and campaign optimization
- Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with A/B testing
- Experience with Domo or other reporting tool
- Experience with Salesforce or other Customer Engagement Platform
- Experience working at a digital marketing agency or comparable fast paced environment
