The Interventional Support Center (ISC) located at 3520 South 76th Street is seeking a Muti-Skilled Plant Operator to join their team:
Summary:
At the ISC, the Multi-Skilled Plant Operator is responsible for following all duties assigned by the manager.
• Maintenance, installation and repair of commercial / industrial HVAC systems and HVAC & Boiler equipment
• Testing and preventive maintenance on HVAC & Boiler related equipment
• When needed, work with 3-phase Electric and be able to troubleshoot electrical control circuits
• Experience with Plumbing systems; Carpentry and Lock repairs; Painting, Patching and Wall Coverings is a plus
Credentials:
A Philadelphia Engineer's "A" License or equivalent license (Required)
A CFC license for handling low tonnage (chillers) cooling equipment (Required)
Education or Equivalent Experience:
High School graduate or GED (Required)
Minimum of two (2) years of specialized training for HVAC (Required)
Minimum of 4 years full time HVAC experience with a bona fide HVAC contractor or employer (Required)
Experience working with Boilers (Preferred)
Experience in Healthcare facilities (Preferred)
