The research analyst will contribute to conduct comprehensive case studies that assess the incorporation of equity considerations in capital investment decision-making across Minnesota localities and Native nations that share geography with Minnesota.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Case study development

• Conduct detailed case studies on Native nations that share geography with Minnesota
• Review relevant documents such as Title 6 Plans, locality's comprehensive plan, capital planning instructions / guidelines, etc.
• Collect qualitative and quantitative data through individual and group interviews
• Analyze data to identify trends, gap, and areas for improvement

2. Reporting and documentation

• Prepare detailed reports based on the case study findings
