$44,000 based on current revenue, with potential to the high 60s.

- Office and Lead management - Oversee Customer Service representatives to be sure we are promptly responding to all inquiries, following up as needed, and managing the service schedule well.
- Manage customer and team expectations - You'll communicate with customers and team members to help them understand what they need to have done and manage expectations about the scope of work and costs.
- Office Operations - Duties include, basic bookkeeping and records maintenance, working with owner and project manager to facilitate invoicing, accounts receivable, oversee facility maintenance and maintenance on a fleet of service vehicles, as well as other forms of assistance to the Project Manager and Owner/

- Experience with bookkeeping, Quick Books and Service Titan are helpful, but not required.

These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position.
- Live within the area
- Have 3+ years of experience in an office setting
- Have 2+ years supervisory/management experience
- Solving problems must come easily to you
- Complete a background check
- Professional communication and phone skills
