Piper Companies is currently seeking an Onsite IT Support Analyst for an opportunity in Wayne, Pennsylvania (PA), to join a contract research organization conducting Next Generation Sequencing-based QC testing.

Responsibilities of the Onsite IT Support Analyst

• Provide IT support by responding to end user requests for hardware, software, peripherals, mobile devices, copiers, faxes, and VOIP phones, both on-site and remotely.
• Set up, configure, and deploy hardware and software, maintain and troubleshoot software and peripherals, and assist in process improvements.
• Conduct Computerized System Validation (CSV) by testing, validating, and qualifying GxP regulated computerized systems, while documenting according to 21 CFR part 11 compliance for analysis sequencers.
• Maintain IT infrastructure for Meraki Networking, Nutanix VM, and Fortinet Firewall, as well as managing server updates for Linux and Windows servers.

Qualifications of the Onsite IT Support Analyst

• IT support, CSV, or infrastructure experience in a regulated GxP environment
• IT infrastructure maintenance experience; Meraki Networking, Nutanix VM, Fortinet Firewall, etc.
• Knowledge of:
  • 21 CFR part 11 (Annex 11 of EU GMP Eudralex is a plus)
  • Office 365, Active Directory, various software, hardware, and peripheral
  • Operating systems: Linus, Windows, iOS, etc.
• Associate's Degree or technical education

Compensation for the Onsite IT Support Analyst

• Salary Range : $90,000 - $95,000/year
