A large specialty and medical gas client in Radnor, PA is seeking an SAP Support Specialist to join their team. This team supports 13,000 SAP users nationwide and is currently undergoing an S4 HANA implementation scheduled for September. As an SAP Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include providing first-level support to internal customers via email and phone, logging and documenting inquiries in the SAP Service Desk ticketing system, and handling user provisioning tasks in SAP (such as setting up new hires, updating access, and resolving access issues). This position is a 1-year contract, hybrid-remote, based out of Radnor, PA, and training will be provided.

Required Skills & Experience
1-3 years of work experience in a first level IT Support role
Basic SAP support/troubleshooting skills
Setting up users, provisioning, locking/unlocking user access, troubleshooting front counter transaction failures, printing, credit card processing, etc
Experience utilizing a ticketing system to resolve technical issues
20-25 tickets per day
Active Directory Experience
Flexibility to work an 8-hour shift between 7am-7pm EST
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
