Insight Global is seeking 1 IT Support Analyst to sit onsite for a local client. These candidates would provide support to all IT-related activities, assistance end u , coordination resolutions for end user issues, and follow-up to end user related IT problems and ensure a resolution.
Provide technical support onsite and over the phone for Customers
Software and network issues on laptops and desktops
Troubleshooting and resolving issues with software and printers.
Create and manage tickets

Required Skills & Experience
Level 3 Requirements:
Associates Degree and Minimum 4 years IT Support experience OR
Bachelors Degree and minimum 2 years professional IT Support Experience
Experience remoting into devices to fix issues
Previous IT Support experience MUST INCLUDE both HARDWARE and SOFTWARE support
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
