Our client, Medical device manufacturing industry , is seeking a Sales admin/ operation specialist to join their team.

Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Santa Rosa, California
Pay Range: $22/hr on W2

Job Summary: We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator within our Rapid Diagnostics business located in Santa Rosa, California. This role is part of the Implementation Team, which works primarily with the Government Commercial team, site functional leads, Sales/Sales Support, and vendors to set up accounts as part of the client onboarding process. The Sales Administrator will report to the Implementation Specialist Lead, handling new client accounts, establishing new panels, and updating existing customer accounts. This role involves executing administrative requests, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing workflows.

Responsibilities:
  • Account Management:
    • Execute new account set-ups and ongoing post-implementation updates across multiple software platforms and databases with a focus on data accuracy and documentation.
    • Monitor the Customer Service queue system proactively to handle new tickets and follow up on existing tickets to ensure timely completion in line with key performance indicator (KPI) expectations.
    • Identify, document, escalate, and resolve problems as they arise.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Collaborate with the Implementation Specialist Lead to review and revise implementation processes and internal guidelines related to client account administration procedures to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work with counterparts in the Sales, Customer Support, IT, Finance, and Toxicology Support teams to maintain accurate client data in the system.
  • Performance Metrics:
    • Meet and maintain productivity, quality, and attendance performance metrics.
  • Additional Duties:
    • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Education and Experience:
    • High school graduate with 2-3 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • A four-year degree from an accredited college or university is preferred but not required.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
    • Experience with corporate culture and an excellent customer service mentality.
    • Adequate keyboarding skills are needed for quick and efficient data entry.
    • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook is essential.
    • Knowledge of Salesforce CFM is preferred.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Exceptional time management and analytical skills.
    • Ability to self-motivate, take initiative, and maintain a positive and helpful attitude.
    • Strong attention to detail.
