About the Position:
The Part-Time Office Manager will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the Early Identification Program. This role will report directly to the Executive Director and will play a key role in managing office procedures, maintaining organizational systems, and supporting program activities. The Office Manager will also be a contact for program participants, staff, and external stakeholders. This position is an in-person role.

Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling inquiries;
- Maintain accurate program records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity; and
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for meetings, workshops, and events.
- Organize and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory;
- Assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures; and
- Ensure the office environment is tidy and conducive to productivity.
- Serve as a liaison between program participants, staff, and external partners;
- Communicate program updates, deadlines, and resources to stakeholders as needed; and
- Collaborate with team members to support program goals and objectives.
- Facilitate purchasing for program needs;
- Assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and financial transactions; and
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist in budget monitoring as directed.
- Provide additional support to the Executive Director and program staff as needed; and
- Contribute to the overall success of the Early Identification Program through teamwork and collaboration.
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills;
- Demonstrated organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail;
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to learn quickly and navigate digital platforms;
- Ability to work with diverse program partners, students and families; and
- Ability to communicate in or fluency in Spanish.
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred; and
- Previous experience in office administration or related field preferred.
