Hiring Patient Care Coordinators to help with a specialty pharmacy call center!

Start Date: October 7th, 2024

Pay: $18/hr

Training Schedule (first 3 weeks): Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Regular Schedule (after training): Monday - Friday with 2 options available: Morning shift would be between 8am-6:30pm (8 hour shift with 1 hour lunch) and afternoon shift between 11am-9pm (8 hour shift with 1 hour lunch). Start times will be staggered within those time frames.

Duties: Entering in patient demographics, assisting patients with any questions that they have and transferring them over to the pharmacist for onboarding calls. Payment, financial counseling, new prescription requests , etc.

Must Have Skills/Qualifications: Call center, healthcare customer service, and insurance verification experience.

**Please note: There is NO time allowed off during the first 4 weeks.**
