    • Training: 3 weeks, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
    • Post-training: Must be available Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM for an 8-hour shift

Job Description

Responsibilities/Job Duties:
  • Set up pharmacy shipments by verifying patient information, prescription details, and method of payment
  • Process patient information using client systems and coordinate delivery with carriers
  • Provide exceptional customer service to pharmacy patients via phone and email
  • Resolve customer inquiries, maintain patient confidentiality, and process call requests (e.g., refills, payments, new prescriptions)
  • Research and resolve discrepancies with customer orders, including billing issues
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
  • Work collaboratively with managers, co-workers, and business partners to meet goals, deadlines, and expectations

Minimum Skills/Qualifications:
  • Call center experience
  • Customer service experience
