Insight Global Health is looking for a payroll specialist in the Irvine, CA area. This specialist will be responsible for working in the office Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM, except for bi-weekly payroll processing weeks which allows for authorized overtime hours. In this role, breakout tasks are assigned quarterly and will rotate between setting up new hires in the third-party timekeeping system, exporting and importing files, managing UKG, auditing, and running reports.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ years of current experience with UKG as a payroll specialist
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and Windows-based applications
- Working knowledge of full-system payroll software

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Prior experience with ADP, specifically with time and attendance
